ENBRIDGE SUGARBUSH MAPLE SYRUP FESTIVAL

Enbridge Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival - Toronto Hotels .com

Enbridge Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival

Every March through April, the mysterious tree sap that becomes delicious syrup is examined, revered, and yes, eaten at the Enbridge Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival. Pancakes are served all day, and daily demonstrations teach visitors how to make syrup with both modern and historic methods. You can savor the season's sweetness in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) at either the Kortright Centre for Conservation (north of Toronto in Kleinburg) or Bruce's Mill Conservation Area (in Rouge Park, Whitchurch-Stouffville, north of Toronto).

Other activities include pony rides for the kids, horse-drawn wagon rides for the family, woodcarving demonstrations, guided hikes, dogsled races, a hay bale playground, and a bonfire social. Each weekend additional events and activities are scheduled, such as conservation demonstrations, special outings, and family games.
