West End - Toronto Hotels .com
After a long day of sightseeing or business meetings, head over to the west end of central Toronto, just northwest of the Financial District, to dance the night away in West Queen West. This neighborhood offers an exciting nightlife with its bohemian atmosphere and an array of nightclubs. And with its "rough" reputation, you'll find a bit more adventure here than in the famous
Entertainment District. You can also head over to Dundas Square in the heart of Downtown and experience a performance at the impressive outdoor concert stage; or catch a play in the nearby theater district, an area secondary only to the famous Theatre Block.
Toronto is a truly multicultural city, and it's reflected in its ethnic neighborhoods and, lucky for "foodie" travelers, in its plethora of restaurants! In the west end, Little Italy, just bordering on Queen West, boasts rows of outdoor cafes and bars, charming restaurants, and authentic Italian bakeries to make your mouth water. Walk further north to Koreatown to sample authentic Korean BBQ or indulge in all-night karaoke. You'll also find Chinatown, Little India, and Greektown not too far away.
