Not family oriented at all. Didn't like the way they handled our luggage upon arrival and got major attitude when wanting to handle our own baggage. Employers are very uptight and give major attitude when asked not to handle our luggage. When ask where the nearest parking was we we're told three blocks away when in fact it was next door. Will not suggest anyone with kids to go there. We we're told there was complimentary coffee and tea and in fact there was none. And witnessed valet parking abusing and speeding with other guests vehicle. VERY INAPPROPRIATE.
