The service was very bad, no one was listening to us when we require anything, we were having a baby and everyday we requested hot water or sterilizing the bottles but the staff were not willing to do anything to us and say we don't have. No one was willing to help. When we requested van on our departure, someone in the front desk brought us his friend (as per the driver's talk) with a normal taxi although we were having 6 heavy bags. In addition there was no concierge at the hotel. That was our first visit to Canada and with that level of service we got a very bad impression on the country or at least on Ontario. I need also to mention that when we were asking the front desk staff to give us any information about the places or directions we get nothing. As for the value, the price was ok, but as value for money it was 0.

We were told on our reservation this hotel was 10 minutes from the airport, it was 45 min. I phoned 4 times from the airport and got a machine. There was no direction from anyone from the hotel as to where to get the shuttle. We ended up paying 30 for a cab and 275 for a half a nite stay at a closer hotel. We were not very pleased with the reservation or the front desk service. Thanks for nothing and I hope you people can be more professional with your other clients in the future.
